Definitely planning ahead. Creating a list of questions and possible follow up questions will help me stay organized and be proactive. Attached below is a list of questions I plan on asking my interviewee.
2. How will you apply what you're learning about interviewing to other aspects of your life, now or in the future?
I think that what we've learned about interviewing is going to be really beneficial during junior internships and future jobs in general. We learned about how to be a good interviewer and how to be a good interviewee.
3. How are you going to take your work on this project to a higher level than the work you've done in the past?
I know I already tapped into this in a previous answer but the purpose of these interviews are to share the stories of the people in our community while they're still here so I need to make sure that I prepare questions that are going to allow me to get to know my interviewee on a deeper, more personal level.
